I was born in the South of Italy in Salerno in ’76 and I live in Lecce with my wonderful wife Sara and three kids, Alessandro, the hurricane, and the sweet twins Maria and Carlotta. I'm a Biomedical Engineer working with cardiac devices. In my spare time (whenever I have any) I fulfill my creative desires with photography.
I’ve been interested in photography for as long as I can remember, but I started to photograph 5 years ago, when I bought my first reflex camera.
My first interest is to photograph people. Many people ask me whether I am sensitive when they see my portraits. I take this as a compliment. It means that their souls are reflected in the photographs. I truly believe that when a relationship forms between the subject and the photographer, a natural interaction takes place, making the images more intimate, revealing a vibrancy in the eyes of the person being photographed.
I was born on the beautiful southern coast of Campania and now reside on the equally beautiful coast of Salento, where I continue to be inspired by the sea, and I hope that my landscapes speak for themselves.
Photography is my way of saying thanks to all those who have shared their creativity with me! One day I plan to devote more of my time to expressing myself through photography……
